Data Subject Request Procedure

How to exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, the information required and the response time.

You may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK by the following methods.

How to apply

  1. In writing: a signed petition with a copy of your ID, delivered by hand or through a notary to S.Ü. Teknokent Binası, 42015, Konya, Türkiye.
  2. Registered electronic mail (KEP): [KepAdresi].
  3. With a secure electronic or mobile signature: to [email protected].
  4. From the e-mail address registered with us: to [email protected] with the subject "KVKK Information Request".

What to include

Name and surname (and signature for written requests); Turkish ID number (for foreigners: nationality and passport or ID number); residential or business address for notices; e-mail and phone if available; and the subject of your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Requests on behalf of others require a power of attorney.

Response time and fees

Your request is concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the process involves additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Board.

Data held by customer companies

Requests about data you shared through an Listonya customer's website or panel should be addressed to that company, which is the data controller. We forward such requests to the relevant company.
