Frequently asked questions

Who can use the app?

The app is for Listonya customers and the staff users they add. There is no separate sign-up in the app; your company administrator creates your user in the management panel.

How do I sign in?

Enter your company's panel address and your mobile number. A one-time verification code is sent by SMS; no password is stored on the device.

Which permissions does the app ask for?

Only camera and photo library access, and only when you add photos to a listing. The app does not use your location, contacts or microphone and does not show advertising.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your company administrator can deactivate your user in the management panel. Contact us as well if you need help securing your account.

How can my account be deleted?

Staff accounts are managed by the company that created them. See the account deletion page for the steps and for requests you can send us directly.
