At Listonya ("Listonya") we care about your privacy. This policy explains how your information is handled when you visit our website, become a member, purchase a subscription or contact us. The statutory notice is the Personal Data Notice (KVKK); this policy complements it.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, e-mail, phone, company, billing and domain details and message content entered in the membership, sign-up, contact and quote forms.
- Automatically generated information: IP address, browser and device type, time of visit and request logs, kept for security and legal obligations.
- Payment information: Card details are entered in PayTR's secure payment form. Listonya never sees or stores your card number; we only receive the payment result and order number.
2. How we use it
Only to provide the service, perform the agreement, invoice, answer your questions, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately consent.
3. Security measures
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; nobody, including our staff, can see your password.
- Each customer's data is kept in a separate database.
- Forms are protected against forged requests (CSRF) and automated attacks; repeated attempts are rate-limited.
- Every operation in the management panel is checked against the user's permissions.
- Access to systems is limited to staff who need it for their work.
No system is entirely risk-free. If we become aware of a data breach, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board and affected persons as required by KVKK.
4. Cookies
Only cookies strictly necessary for the service are used; no advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
5. Customer websites and panels
For data processed on Listonya customers' websites and panels, the respective company is the data controller. Listonya processes this data only to provide the service and on the company's instructions (Data Processing Agreement).
6. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18.
7. Your rights and contact

8. Changes
When this policy is updated, the version and date at the top change. We notify members of significant changes by e-mail.
